Due to their use environment and intended functions, military shells, made of nitrocellulose as the basic raw material, nitro film and celluloid board products, have good adaptability to special environments, are resistant to moisture, acid and alkali, have good sealing properties and have certain strength, making them extremely suitable for the launch systems of medium and large caliber weapons.

Use acetone solution to compound the base film and industrial cotton cloth on a compounding machine, cut the compounded semi-finished product into 15x15cm sheets, put the punched sheets into a drying machine for 12h~24h, and then install them on a sheet forming machine for forming. We keep the holding time at 3 minutes and the water temperature at 80°C ~100°C. Place the prepared glue solution in proportion for 24 hours. We apply the glue solution around the half box and then place it in the mold of the bonding machine for pressing. The bonding holding time is 1min. The inspector examines the dried medicine boxes after they are punched out from the trimmed and bonded ones for 0.5h~12h.
